Christina Bjergo & Qigong

I tell ya, I have no shortage of amazing friends and family.  My hopes are that it’s all because of my positive energy, that they come into my life.  Recently I mentioned my good friend Andrea Mikana-Pinkham and her tour company Sacred Sites Journeys but today I want to mention another true friend Christina Bjergo.  When I first met Christina she had just become my new acupuncturist but we knew then our friendship would bloom.  From there I was able to participate in her Sacred Serpent Spiral Qigong classes as well as classical Qigong classes.  I learned so much about myself through her instruction and work with dreaming.  It’s no surprise that she eventually turned that wisdom into Qigong Dreaming and her new book The Tao of Tarot.

Well done my friend, I’m blessed to know you and lucky to have you to learn from.
