Thinking and planning as the "Ladies of the Apocalypse" look over my work.
How I Get Ready for the Day
Lots of people say to me, "I don't know how you 'do it'." The 'do it' is: being a single Mom, CEO of a successful company, raise a great kid, produce good photography, etc. The answer is, I just do it. I may not do it well some days, and on other days I do it very well. The point is, I just do it.
Going All iPad, Ok 99% of the Way to Going All iPad
This has been coming for some time now, me converting to just using an iPad for everything I do. I had a stint with the Microsoft Surface Pro's, and I liked them, but several issues came up.
Officially Entered in the Rebelle Rally
My partner Charlene O'Day and I are officially entered to participate in the 2017 Rebelle Rally. TEAM #145!!! A 2,000km points and checkpoint based rally just for women, and all map and compass. Not a GPS to be found.
Leaning into Courage
For most of my life, I've sought leadership positions in anything I do. I've always chalked it up to supportive parents who placed a mantra in my head, "achieving starts with believing." Growing up, I was dyslexic. Seeing life through that lens has always trumped everything else. I had to work very hard to excel at things. But what was natural in my personality was being a leader.
Meet a Team I want you to help me support in the Rebelle Rally; Unbroken Journey
This year I am not able to compete due to a busy work travel schedule. But I couldn’t let that stop me from feeling a part of the 2018 Rally. I’m very excited to pull your attention to two teams I and Team Fast ’n Curious have invested in. These are women facing personal challenges and their own doubts and fears about competing in the Rally. What makes them stand out is in the face of some very real challenges, they seek to help and inspire others through their efforts. They seek nothing in return other than for more opportunity to help others. This inspires me.
